Students at Exeter are offered three years of guaranteed accommodation for the duration of their study.

This is Exeter House, home to some Second Years and above, including members of the MCR. It is found on Iffley Road, just past the sports centre.
This is Stapeldon House, a living option for second years who wish to live in a house environment.
Students can also choose to live in a living arrangement on the Abingdon Road – and are also allowed to rent privately!
