We are here for you 24/7. Whether you fancy a chat and a cup of tea, some advice about a particular issue, or you need some welfare supplies, there are multiple ways you can contact us.

We are more than happy for you to contact us on our personal mobiles, and the welfare mobile is there too if you’re worried about confidentiality, or you would like to request something anonymously.

If you want some welfare supplies, leave a note in either of our pidges, and we’ll leave them to be collected from the same pidge as soon as we can.
